Categorical Exclusion (CX) Determinations
On October 2, 2009, a Secretarial Memorandum outlined the Department's policy for transparency, openness and participation, especially with regards to the NEPA process. The current policy is for website posting of Categorical Exclusions determined from Subpart D of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1021.
