Mr. Jorge Ambriz is a dynamic educator with a decade of experience in inspiring students to excel in mathematics while championing educational equity. Throughout his tenure at Wilson College Preparatory (WCP) in the Phoenix Union High School District (PXU), Mr. Ambriz has consistently elevated student learning outcomes, positioning WCP as a leading institution in PXU for academic growth through his leadership as the Mathematics Instructional Leader. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education – Mathematics from Arizona State University and dual master’s degrees in educational policy and educational leadership from Arizona State and Northern Arizona University, Mr. Ambriz's academic prowess is matched only by his passion for teaching. His dedication to professional growth is evident through his participation in various committees and leadership cadres within PXU, including the Aspiring Leaders Cadre.
