SCGSR Awards and Publications
New Awards
The Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Office of Science has selected 62 graduate students representing 25 states and Puerto Rico for the Office of Science Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) program’s 2024 Solicitation 1 cycle. Through world-class training and access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources at DOE National Laboratories, SCGSR prepares graduate students to enter jobs of critical importance to the DOE mission and secures our national position at the forefront of discovery and innovation.
SCGSR Publications
The graduate thesis research conducted by SCGSR awardees in collaboration with scientists at US DOE National Laboratories contributes to increasing our fundamental understanding of nature in energy-relevant areas. The work of SCGSR awardees is aligned with the research priority areas of the 8 Office of Science Research Programs and addresses critical challenges in the physical sciences in support of DOE mission.
